PA law requires parents to complete the following forms prior to volunteering at school functions. 志愿者有两种类型:

1. 有限联系志愿者 (parents helping at events with faculty present)
2. 大量接触志愿者 (parents alone with students with NO faculty present)

Please complete the appropriate form prior to volunteering and submit to:

If you're having trouble logging into the 跨父门户 or Canvas Teacher Pages, 给技术帮助台发电子邮件. 

登录 跨父门户 to securely access password-protected information such as the S-Book school directory, your child's schedules and report cards, 你的VC Pay学生账单账户, Magnus Health医疗表格, 您的家庭资料更新表格, 学校手册等等. 

Canvas is SSA's learning management system (LMS) where you can find the teacher pages for your child's classes. 在这里登录Canvas using your Veracross login credentials. You can also access Canvas from 跨父门户 home page via the blue button.

登录Veracross and click the blue S-Book 目录 button. You'll see three tabs for Student, Household and 教师 & Staff directories, all of which can be Searched by name. 在通用目录下的每个选项卡上, 你会找到学院目录, while under Browse Categories you'll find directories by campus or grade. The Households tab features a "Nearby Student Households" link which shows you SSA households within 10 miles of your home – great for planning carpools!  To download a PDF of any directory, simply choose the directory you want (e.g. All 学生, 初中, Eighth Grade, etc.), and click "Download 目录 (PDF)" at the top right of the page.

Shady Side移动应用
Download the Shady Side mobile app for iOS or 安卓 and log in to the app using your Veracross username and password. Tap the 目录 icon in the footer to access Searchable 教师 & 员工、学生和家长目录. (Note: On the app, directories cannot be filtered by campus, school or grade.)
